For ongoing sourcing relationships, we charge a sourcing commission as a percentage of FOB order value. This is agreed upfront before any supplier is contacted. You see the factory price and the commission separately.
Project Fee
For one-off sourcing projects or complex RFQs (Request for Quotation), we quote a fixed project fee covering supplier search, vetting, sampling coordination, and negotiation. Fee is quoted before work begins.
Logistics Integrated
When freight is booked through Delta Global alongside the sourcing (the most common arrangement), the sourcing fee is often offset against the freight margin — making the overall landed cost highly competitive versus using separate agents.
